These small balls of dough that get fried and covered in sugar are baby-sized bites of donut – think funfair-style donuts. Deep frying isn’t something I do often, but this is one of those recipes that is SO worth it! Top with heaps of granulated sugar for that beautiful first bite. I’m slightly cheating as there is no yeast involved, but that results in a much faster recipe!
