If you’re in search of an easy, no-bake, make-ahead dessert, then this is it! These look fabulous served up after dinner with friends. The combination of Biscoff (Speculoos) with the lightly whipped cheesecake results in just the right thing to round off a meal. You can use any sort of jar or short tumbler style glass.

Method

Crush the biscuits using a food processor or by putting the biscuits into a bowl and bashing with a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs. Stir in the melted butter. Press this mixture into four glass jars/ramekins to form the base and put in the fridge while you make the topping.
