A twist on the standard (whilst obviously delicious) lemon version. This makes the most of autumnal produce for something with a little extra flair! It looks fabulous with bold pink and purple colours from the fruit and covered with lashings of toasted meringue topping. To keep it extra easy, I replace the pastry base with a biscuit base.
