These are just like those that you get in the bakery, but cheaper and so much better! This recipe will make sure that you nail that crisp/crumbly balance to perfection. I recommend making the shortbread in a food processor if you have one, otherwise any electric mixer will work. I use both milk and dark chocolate for the best combo, but use any blend of chocolates that you like.
