Funfetti Frosted Cookies

Because cookies definitely need to be made MORE extra – these vanilla-heavy cookies get topped with a fluffy pink buttercream and sprinkles for fairy birthday party vibes. Go wild with the decorations, using whatever you like and opting for another colour for the buttercream if preferred. I like to use gel food colouring – it goes so much further than the little bottles, but any will work just fine.
