Biscoff Traybake Cake

A Biscoff lover’s dream in a super-easy cake recipe, and the frosting is equally foolproof and fabulous! This makes a 20cm (8in) square cake but can be doubled for a layered celebration cake (double the frosting quantity too)! I recommend smooth Biscoff (or any cookie butter) spread for the cake and the frosting and use any variation of Biscoff biscuits you like to decorate.
