I usually hate waiting in line, but an ice cream line is different. My favorite ice cream stand is Gray’s in Tiverton, Rhode Island. On warm spring and summer days, the parade of hungry people extends into the parking lot. I use the wait to mull over all the possible flavors. Should I branch out and try something new like black raspberry or butter pecan? Or should I get my usual double scoop of mocha chip and peppermint? | I thought up this recipe while standing happily in line at Gray’s. Y
