To make this rustic tart, you need only a generic baking pan and something to roll with. “Something to roll with” is not limited to rolling pins. Many times in a pinch I have used an empty wine bottle as a rolling pin when making this tart at friend’s houses. You can use a full bottle of wine, but make sure it has not been refrigerated or the condensation will make the dough wet.
