An eclectic group of about 100 people gathered to harvest olives at DaVero Olive Oil orchard in Sonoma County, California. Our picking was motivated not just by the sunny yet crisp autumn day and the constant conversation but also by the one rule of the day set forth by the owners, Ridge and Colleen.
