One such dessert, popular mostly in Florence but also in other parts of Italy, is zuccotto. Cake, flavored creams, and chocolate are layered in a bowl, refrigerated for several hours, and then inverted and unmolded. The resulting dome shape is said to resemble II Duomo, the famous cathedral in Florence. | S
