This recipe is really dessert in a cup or truffle in a glass. It is very rich—just enough to fill a small espresso or demitasse cup is perfect. The different types of chocolate give it a deep flavor; adding a small amount of bitter cocoa powder cuts the sweetness. It is not for lightweights who prefer a mild-flavored hot chocolate. Serve a light tart for dessert and end the evening with this nonalcoholic nightcap.
