A simple, soulful dish that speaks of home and of my father. There weren’t many things my dad cooked, but this was his signature. He’d call it pasta maritata, “married pasta”, with a sense of pride, as though he’d invented the combination himself. Just ricotta, tomato sauce and pasta.
