Speculoos cookies are an incredible mix of cinnamon and brown sugar. A genius somewhere decided to make them into a spread, and it is possibly the best invention on this planet. This gâteau will seem incredibly thin while you’re making it, but don’t stress — once it has the whipped caramel on top and the chocolate coating it will look, and taste, perfect!
