Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line the tin. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into separate bowls. Using a stand mixer, or a very strong arm, whisk the egg yolks, first measure of sugar, oil and vanilla together until pale yellow and fluffy. In a separate stand mixer bowl, whisk th
