Kidneys en Chemise

• 2 round bread rolls
• butter
• salt and pepper
• 2 sheep’s kidneys

Cut the tops off two rolls, remove some of the crumbs and butter thickly. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Skin and core the kidneys and put them inside the rolls, with a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Replace the bread lids on top and bake the rolls in a medium oven for 20
