I don’t really have an absolute favorite food, but if I had to choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it would be my mother’s chicken cutlets. It’s well-documented in this book that my girls and I are huge fans of chicken cutlets, so I couldn’t resist including one more iteration that we all love: a sandwich that pairs the cutlets with the bright crunch of radicchio slaw and a kick of pickled Fresno chiles.
