Ayla will try pretty much anything, but Karya is my picky eater, the stereotypical pasta-with-nothing-but-butter-and-cheese kid. This recipe, adapted from one I’ve had in the restaurants forever, forgoes spice, heat, and weird vegetables and doubles down on the simple flavors of butter, starch, and cheese that all kids love. Karya was also the inspiration for why I toss the raviolini with only the butter and cheese, and then add just a few
