This is another entry in the canon of great Turkish flatbreads, and a staple of local street food that is zesty, flavorful, and eaten on the fly. It’s sometimes referred to as “Turkish pizza,” but lahmacun is traditionally topped with minced meat and vegetables, not cheese, and while the cooked shape resembles a pizza, it’s often rolled onto itself before it’s eaten.
