Ingredients
- 2 large quinces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- ½ teaspoon ground sa
Method
- Wash but do not peel the quinces. Cut into quarters, remove seeds, remove all hard parts of the inside of the quince and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the quince cubes and brown by shaking the pan. Add saffron
