Quail kebab can be cooked like chicken kebab, but replace the chicken marinade with the following marinade for 8 partially boned quails:
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 days.
Make an incision through the thigh of one leg of each quail and slide the end of the other leg through it to keep the legs together. Skewer the quails whole, 3 to a skewer.
