Method

  1. In a mixing bowl combine oil, sugar, cardamom and rosewater, and mix for 2 minutes until creamy. Add 3 cups chickpea flour and mix for 1 minute until dough is no longer sticky.
  2. Dust work surface with chickpea flour and knead the dough. Add more chickpea flour if needed. F
