  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with a baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk the butter, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth. Then whisk in the eggs one at a time. Stir until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Stir in the raisins.
