  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Method

In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the water, olive oil, yeast, and sugar. Set aside until foamy, about 10 minutes.
