In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add the water and olive oil in a steady stream while mixing the dough with a wooden spoon or your hands until the dough comes together in a rough mass. If the dough does not form into a ball, sprinkle with 1–2 teaspoons more water
