This simple tahini sauce is a great seed-based option for a creamy dressing. You can adjust the amount of water to make it more or less thick and, as with the cashew sour cream, adjust the flavours as you feel inspired to do.

Method

Put all of the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined, to make a smooth thick mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a container, seal and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
