Smoked Tofu Candy

This is a really tasty way to prepare tofu. Although I’m not a fan of making anything that imitates meat, this recipe almost ended up being named Tofu Bacon, before I thought better of it! Smoked tofu candy can be used in salads, as a flavourful texture to add to any savoury meal or even serve on soups or in sandwiches. You will find it in the Bean-otto recipe.
