This is another example of a fresh cheese, although this time nut free. Coconut yoghurt can be a great, pre-fermented base that you also find used in feta cheeses, labneh style cheese or here as a ‘Boursin’ style cheese with fresh herbs and garlic. This is a great recipe to serve as a dip, on toast, as a base loaded with grilled vegetables such as courgettes, or as part of a cheese board.
