  • 1 small Vienna loaf
  • butter for spreading
  • 3–4 washed lettuce leaves

Method

Find a bread knife for cutting and a table knife for spreading. You will also need a tin opener, a small bowl and a fork.

Using a bread knife, cut the Vienna loaf in half lengthwise. Be careful with the knife. Butter the inside of both halves.

Arrange the washed lettuce leaves along the bottom slice. Wash and slice the tomatoes and arrange these on top.
