Find a bowl for mixing, a fork, a sieve and a grater for the cheese. You will also need a small saucepan, a knife and a board for cutting. Find a 3" plain round cutter or a glass tumbler and a baking tray. Turn on the oven heat to hot (425 °F or Gas No 7) grease the baking tray and find a pair of oven gloves.

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Add the butter or
