  • 1 ( oz) packet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • ½ lb beef or pork chipolata sausages<

Method

Make sure the pastry has thawed before trying to roll it out, it should stand for about 1 hour at room temperature. Find a pastry board, a rolling pin and a knife for the pastry. You will also need a pastry brush and a baking tray. Wet the baking tray by running it under the cold water tap – do not dry. Turn on the oven heat to hot (400 °F or Gas No 6) and find a pair of oven gloves.
