Find a saucepan and a wooden spoon for making the sauce, a grater and a lemon squeezer for the oranges.
Measure the cornflour and the water into a small saucepan. Stir with a wooden spoon to dissolve the cornflour. Grate 1 orange very finely. Squeeze the juice from 2 oranges and strain. Add the rind and juice to the cornflour mixture. Then pour in the honey and the raisins.
