Eskimo Bananas

• 4 firm ripe bananas
• 4 oz plain chocolate

Check that there is somewhere that you can put these lollies to freeze. Ideally they should go in a home freezer, next best would be the frozen foods compartment in a refrigerator. Then cut out 8 squares of kitchen foil and find 16 plain wooden cocktail sticks.
