Mincemeat Pies

• 1 (7½ oz) packet frozen puff pastry, thawed
• 2 heaped tablespoons mincemeat

Find a pastry board, a rolling pin, a 2½" plain round cutter, a knife and a bowl for the filling. You will also need a tray of 12 tartlet tins and a pastry brush. Turn on oven heat to hot (400 °F or Gas No 6), find a pair of oven gloves and wet the baking tray.
