  • 1 (6 oz) packet desiccated coconut
  • 4 rounded tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Method

Find a medium-sized mixing bowl, a wooden spoon and a sieve for the icing sugar, a plate, a knife and a board for cutting.

Measure the coconut and the icing sugar into a mixing bowl and mix together.

Add the condensed milk – if the condensed milk is runny you may need 5 tablespoons.
