You will need 1 large and 1 small mixing bowl, a sieve, a fork and a wooden spoon for mixing. Find a large 23cm x 5cm (9” x 5” x 2”) loaf pan, grease it well and line the base with a strip of greased greaseproof paper. Turn the oven heat to moderate 180°C (350°F, or Gas No 4) find a pair of oven gloves and a wire cooling tray.
