Method

You will need a pastry board and a rolling pin, a tray of 12 tartlet tins and a 6 cm (2½”) round biscuit cutter. Find a mixing bowl, a fork and teaspoon. Turn the oven heat to hot 200°C (400°F, or Gas No 6)
