Cherry cupcakes

You will need a medium sized mixing bowl, a sieve and a wooden spoon. Find 2 baking trays, or trays of patty tins, and arrange 18 paper baking cases ready-the patty tins give the extra support and are best to use. Turn the oven heat to moderately hot 190°C (375°F, Gas No 5), find 2 dessertspoons, a pair of oven gloves and a wire cooling tray.
