  • About

Sea bream are delicious fish that we slightly turn away from because they look foreign and unusual, more like a mullet in shape than a child’s storybook fish. If you don’t have bream, you can use snapper for this instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg ( lb) sea bream, cleaned and scaled
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5. Place your fish, whole, in a greased ovenproof dish. Arrange the slices of tomato and cucumber over the fish, then mix the other ingredients together and pour over the top.
