I’ve stretched the image of the pot a little in this recipe, using individual skewers in a grill pan. Allow 2 skewers per person.
Put all the ingredients for the marinade into a blender and pulse to a thick paste. Add a bit of salt to taste and transfer to a shallow dish. Put your cubes of meat into the mixture, turn well to coat and leave for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Remove the meat from the marinade and thread on to skewers, alternating with the vegetables. You could use other vegetables if you wish; try
