Procedure

  1. Combine the ingredients for the spice rub.
  2. Rub the spices over both sides of the steaks to lightly but evenly coat them.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
  4. Grill or broil until medium done. Minimum internal cooking temperature is 155°F (68°C).
  5. Cut into thin slices
