Procedure
- Combine the ingredients for the spice rub.
- Rub the spices over both sides of the steaks to lightly but evenly coat them.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
- Grill or broil until medium done. Minimum internal cooking temperature is 155°F (68°C).
- Cut into thin slices
