Chili Marinade

Ingredients

2 oz 60 g Chili powder
1 tbsp 15 mL Dried oregano
½ tsp 2 mL Ground cloves
1 oz 30 g Garlic, crushed
2 tsp 10 mL Salt
1 oz 30 g Brown sugar
4 fl oz 120 mL Red wine vinegar

Method

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients except the vinegar and grind together to make a uniform mixture.
  2. Add the vinegar and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate until needed.
