Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Procedure

Mixing:

Creaming method. Combine oats with other dry ingredients after they are sifted. Mix raisins into dough last.

Makeup:

Drop method. Use greased or parchment-lined baking sheets.

Baking:

375°F (190°C), 10–12 minutes, depending on size.
