Procedure

Mixing:

Creaming method. Cream peanut butter with the fat and sugar.

Makeup:

Molded method. Use a fork instead of a weight to flatten the cookies. Use greased or parchment-lined baking sheets.

Baking:

375°F (190°C), 8–12 minutes, depending on size.
