Name: Spiced-up fried potato cakes with poached eggs

Ingredients: 75 g Savoy cabbage, shredded; ½ tsp ground turmeric; 3 tbsp gram flour plus extra to coat; 2 shallots or ½ small onion, finely chopped; juice of ½ lemon; 600 g small floury potatoes, skin left on; a glug of olive oil; 1 garlic clove, crushed; salt and pepper; ½ tsp chilli powder; a small handful of coriander leaves, chopped, plus extra to serve; 4 large eggs; 3–4 tbsp vegetable oil
