Fresh turmeric is now available in good supermarkets, and it’s worth getting if you can. Otherwise, use about 2 teaspoons ground dried turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large cauliflower (about 700 g), leaves trimmed

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6. Use 1 tablespoon of the oil to grease a large roasting tin.
  2. Divide the cauliflower into small flor
