When I throw a dinner party, I’m all about blowing minds and taking names. This little dessert presentation trick is one of my favorites. Edible dishes, people! All you need are several bars of high-quality white chocolate, whole vanilla beans, and balloons.
In a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, melt white chocolate gently over medium-low heat, stirring often. Stir in vanilla caviar. Let white chocolate cool until warm to the touch.
