  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 3 ounces

Method

  • Combine milk, half-and-half, white chocolate, and salt in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until white chocolate is melted and mixture is just becoming hot to the touch.
