Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray with cooking oil or grease a 9- × 13-inch (3.5 L) casserole dish.

Bring the quinoa and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the heat off and leave the covered saucepan on the burner
