Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the quinoa and all-purpose flours with the baking soda.

In a separate bowl, cream the sugar and butter. Beat in the egg and vanilla, combining well. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend well.
