Tender lamb steaks cooked in Mum’s created gravy and potato purée is one of my favourite dishes. I love this combination because it is quite similar to a Sunday roast but way easier and quicker. You can prepare it while having a chat with your friends or even while sorting out your laundry. I’d love to see the combination of tasks: sorting out smelly socks and preparing steak—how classy.
